Cancellation Policy

Consultation sessions with NOD Solutions LLC are available by appointment only and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your session, full payment is required at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email with session details. Sessions are conducted via video call (Google Meet or Zoom) and are scheduled in one-hour blocks. A calendar invite and video call link will be sent to your provided email address within 24 hours of booking confirmation. To make the most of your session, clients are encouraged to submit a brief project summary or list of questions at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. This allows NOD Solutions to prepare relevant technical input and ensures your hour is spent on substance rather than background. The consultation fee of $200 is fully credited toward any NOD Solutions project engagement booked within 30 days of your session date. This credit applies to the project deposit or first invoice and is non-transferable. NOD Solutions reserves the right to reschedule any session due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a NOD-initiated reschedule, clients will be offered the next available appointment at no additional cost. NOD Solutions understands that schedules change. The following cancellation terms apply to all booked consultation sessions: More than 48 hours before the session: Full refund issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The session slot is released and may be rebooked at any time. 24 to 48 hours before the session: A 50% refund is issued. The remaining 50% is retained by NOD Solutions to cover time reserved and preparation work completed. Clients may opt to reschedule rather than cancel — one reschedule is permitted at no charge within this window, subject to availability. Less than 24 hours before the session: No refund is issued. The full session fee is retained by NOD Solutions. Clients in this window are not eligible to reschedule under the standard policy. No-shows: Clients who do not attend their scheduled session and do not contact NOD Solutions prior to the appointment time are considered a no-show. No refund or reschedule will be offered. A new booking and full payment will be required to schedule a future session.
